We offer three clean, well-equipped, comfortable units in a close-to-Hamlin Lake neighborhood atmosphere. We do not have water frontage, but you will find a number of public access areas nearby - plus Lake Michigan beaches not far away. Or, you may rent a boat or boat slip at the adjacent resort, which would allow you waterfront privileges. All units have nice yards with a mix of sun and shade, outdoor charcoal grills, picnic tables, portable fire pits, some lawn chairs and a clothesline. A pleasant lake breeze is typical. All units are within a short distance of our residence, so we are available to take care of what you might need to make your stay most enjoyable. In turn, we appreciate your consideration in the use of our accommodations. All cottages are smoke free. No pets, please. We also assume that you will not be entertaining guests without first checking with us. |

"COZY CABIN" is a two-room unit. Living, dining and kitchen are included in one room, which is furnished with a new hide-a-bed, one easy chair, cable TV, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, dining table and a new refrigerator. The second room is a combination bedroom/bathroom with two chests, a new double bed, and a sink/vanity. The toilet and small shower are in a semi-partitioned, curtained corner out of the bedroom proper. Electric heat takes the chill off if the weather turns cool. The pleasant deck offers a good view of Hamlin Lake, just across the road. Though small, suitable for only two, nearly all who have stayed have been well satisfied. Two people $499/week, $75/night |

"NORTH HOUSE" is a small, air-conditioned home which accommodates up to four people comfortably. The larger bedroom has a double bed. A single bed and new stacked laundry are in the smaller bedroom. The conveniently close bathroom has a small shower. The pleasant living room has cable TV. The well supplied kitchen has a new stove and refrigerator. The entrance goes into an appealing sunroom, which offers a computer desk, a nice additional dinette set, a chest of drawers and a large comfortable cot. Solar panels/drapes in the living room and insulated drapes in the sunroom provide shade and privacy at appropriate times. Though the front yard is limited, the backyard is ample and pleasant. "HILL HOUSE" is a small three bedroom home. It has a double bed in each of two bedrooms and a single bed in the third, plus a comfortable roll-away cot. The living room has a ceiling fan, fireplace and cable TV. A roomy kitchen is supplied with about everything you could need and has ample space for the dining table. There is a large shower in the bathroom and a convenient washer/dryer. A small covered back porch serves as the entrance while the front deck looks out over the wooded hill to Hamlin Lake, across the road below. We think you'll enjoy this pleasant vintage cottage with a nautical theme and many of the conveniences of home. Four to five people $675/week, $99/night |

Advance reservations are suggested. Summer rentals are usually by the week, but a three night minimum will be considered if availability permits. Spring & fall rates are reduced by 15% with two night minimums. A personal check will be acceptable for a deposit, as we do not take charge cards. Check or cash will be needed to pay the balance at check-in. A 6% sales tax will be added to the rental rate. Typically, deposits will be refunded only if units can be re-rented, but some exceptions may apply. Check-in is between 4pm & 6pm. Check-out by 10am. Directions to our residence office: |
