Pentwater Start of Summer Party
June 3, 2018
In 2018, the party will be held June 3. In 2017, the party celebrated the Sesquicentennial of the Village of Pentwater. Carrying out the "Throughout the Years" theme, each table represented a decade. There was music, dancing, food, decade dress and fun.
The main street of town, Hancock Street, is closed off in front of the Village Hall, tables are set up, and residents and visitors gather for free food. Festivities get underway at 5pm and go until 7pm. Hot dogs, chips and soft drinks are provided and people attending bring a dish to share. Attendees are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Music enhances the party atmosphere.
