Ludington's Western Michigan Fair going on now
July 22-26, 2008
July means it's time to head to the Western Michigan Fair, on US-10 in Ludington.The Midway opens 3pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wristbands cost $17, or $15 with a $2 coupon. Wednesday the Midway opens at noon with $15 wristbands, and Saturday at noon with $17 wristbands.
Tuesday: Midway opens at 3pm.
Laura, the African Elephant will be on display and will be giving rides.
The Old Man Man will be performing at 6pm at the east end of the Community Center.
Quad and Motorcycle Drags, 6pm. Admission is $5.
Wednesday: Midway opens at noon.
Family/Kids Day at the Fair. Kids activities from noon-5pm, Bike Drawing at Grandstand at 5pm.
Laura, the African elephant will give rides from noon-5pm.
Marek's Music Makers, 6pm east end of Community Center.
Chainsaw Art, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm.
Ludington Area Trolley will be giving free rides around the fairgrounds.
Demo Scramble, 7pm, admission $8.
Thursday: Midway opens at 3pm.
Horsepulling at 1pm.

All week, enjoy the 4-H exhibits, the animals, and all the great food. Admission to the fair is just $2, five and under free. It's only once a year, and it's going on now...the Western Michigan Fair!
